How we ship
We ship with the help of our fulfillment partners, from the location closest to your delivery address. Shipping costs and delivery times therefore vary by destination and fulfillment location. The prices on this page are indicative and given for reference only. The final shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address and is shown before you place your order. You only pay the amount shown at checkout.

Free shipping
Orders with a value of 75 € or more ship free.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Delivery then takes the time shown below, depending on your location and the fulfillment location.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Several items in one order
Items from one order may be shipped in separate parcels, from different locations, and may arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.
Customs and import taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before ordering. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply.
